MANAGING CHILD ANXIETY: A PARENT EDUCATION SEMINAR

But they do better when their parents’ symptoms are under control.”

Please join us for a parent education seminar on managing child anxiety, Tuesday February 25th, 2020 from 7PM to 9PM at Vival Wellness Center.

This seminar will help you better understand child anxiety and provide you with easy-to-use copingstrategies that can be addes to your parenting tool-kit.Specifically, we will review the definition and components of childhood anxiety, as well as the interventions and strategies to address it.

We will also explain how your digestive system can influence your brain and your emotions. You will understand why choosingthe right food and restoring proper mechanical function to your organs are key for managing anxiety.
