Vival brings together manual therapies, energetic therapies, metabolic and wellness assessments, and complementary wellness practices.
Vival also provides space for independent practitioners and wellness professionals. These practitioners operate independently from Vival Wellness Center, and their services, scheduling, billing, consultations, and professional relationships are handled directly by the individual practitioner.

Vival Wellness Center provides complementary wellness services intended to support overall wellness, structural balance, relaxation, energetic harmony, and general well-being.
Vival does not diagnose, prescribe, treat, or cure medical or psychological conditions, illnesses, or diseases.
The information and services provided through Vival are not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Not every service offered by Vival is appropriate for every individual.

New clients may be required to complete a consultation or screening process before scheduling certain services.
Existing clients may be able to schedule appointments through an online booking system.
An appointment is considered confirmed only after confirmation through the applicable booking system or directly by Vival or the relevant practitioner.
Vival reserves the right to modify appointment availability, appointment procedures, or booking requirements at any time.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Clients are requested to provide at least 24 hours’ notice when changing or cancelling an appointment.
Late cancellations, missed appointments, or repeated rescheduling may be subject to applicable fees or other booking restrictions communicated at the time of booking.
Any cancellation or rescheduling policy presented during the booking process forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
Where an independent practitioner provides the service, that practitioner’s cancellation and scheduling policies may apply instead.
7. Payments and Fees
Fees for Vival services will be communicated through the applicable booking process, consultation, website, or directly by Vival or the relevant practitioner.
Payment may be required at the time of booking, at the time of service, or according to the payment terms communicated to you.
All fees are subject to change without prior notice, provided that changes will not affect a confirmed appointment or transaction except where otherwise agreed.
Independent practitioners operating within Vival Wellness Center may establish their own fees and payment policies.
8. Independent Practitioners
Vival Wellness Center may host or provide space for independent wellness professionals.
These practitioners are independent businesses and are not employees, agents, partners, or joint ventures of Vival Wellness Center solely by virtue of operating from the Vival premises.
Each independent practitioner is responsible for:
- Their own services
- Their professional practices
- Their appointments
- Their billing and payments
- Their client relationships
- Their applicable professional requirements
- Their own terms, policies, and procedures

Vival makes reasonable efforts to ensure that information published on this website is accurate and current.
